As stated, simple, but a lot of flavor. Great way to use up some leftover pesto.

Definitely a 5 star recipe. My fillets were fairly small and when I looked at the tablespoon of pesto on them I was concerned that it would be too heavy a flavour but it was perfect. Takes minutes to make. Bake time is right on. Thanks Bea for a very enjoyable dinner.

I made my own basil pesto and we liked this fish a lot. I bought some haddock on sale and used that in place of the tilapia. I served it with a Greek salad and fresh steamed carrots. Very good meal all in all!
