Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place parsley, dill and scallions in the bowl of your food processor. Give it a whir until all is evenly chopped.
Step 2
Add the anchovies, garlic, capers, and lemon, then whir a bit more until smooth.
Step 3
With the machine running, slowly pour in the olive oil until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Remove the sauce into a bowl and stir in the chopped eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce
