Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add shrimp and cook until tender and no longer translucent (a few minutes this won't take long!) then remove the shrimp to a bowl.

Add garlic and cook 2-3 minutes, careful not to brown the garlic.

Step 4

Add wine and lemon juice and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook until wine is reduced by half.

Step 5

Lower the heat to low, and add butter, then add shrimp back into the sauce in the skillet add parsley.

Step 6

Season to your taste with salt and pepper.

Step 7

Top with grated Parmesan Cheese.

As soon as I saw this I ran to the store to get the ingredients. I love shrimp and Shrimp Scampi is one of my favorites. This is deeelicious! I shared what I made with my friend and between the two of us, there wasn't one shrimp left! My friend took the recipe home and we were both happy as clams (HA)!
