I cut this recipe in half as I was making other kabobs too. This is a really delicious steak kabob and we absolutely loved and devoured it in no time flat. My boyfriend loved them and asked me to make them again this week! Thanks so much for posting this gem of a recipe Bea! Linda

This is a fantastic marinade. I omitted the Tabasco sauce as DH can tolerate it, and I opted to cut the steak in cubes. But otherwise I made it as written. Since I was grilling mushrooms and yellow bell peppers too, I placed them on their own skewers and added them to the grill first to precook them a bit. Then I added the steak skewers and grilled them for an additional 4 minutes flipping them half way through. The steak was medium rare and very tasty. Definitely a winner. Made for Billboard tag.
