Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine mince and onion in a bowl.
Step 2
Place sesame sees on a plate.
Step 3
Shape pork mixture into 12 patties and press each patty into sesame seeds to lightly coat.
Step 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat and cook patties, in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through and transfer to a heatproof plate.
Step 5
Meanwhile, soak noodles in boiling water in a heatproof bowl for 1 minute and then stir to separate stands and then drain well and add carrot, zucchini, mint and half the sweet chilli sauce and toss to combine.
Step 6
Top noodles mixture with patties and serve3d drizzled with the remaining sweet chilli sauce.
