Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook and drain the noodles according to the package directions.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, add the sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger and whisk until well combined; the peanut butter should completely break down to create a smooth sauce.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the hot noodles and toss to coat.

Step 4

Top each serve with slice green onion and sesame seeds if desired.

I had this using Ramon noodles. I didn't have any green onions for it. This was a great late supper/ snack. I wanted to eat the whole thing but I didn't let myself. I made this for Best of 2021 tag game.
