"Thought I'd share this here we really enjoyed this dish it's easy with great flavor, the two componants I look for in a recipe, and I'm quite pleased when I fine a recipe like this, I should also mention it's low fat also! I'm sure this could be cooked in the oven giving it a shorter cooking time"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place honey, soy, onion flake, ketchup, sesame oil and garlic in crockpot and stir to combine.
Step 2
Place some cooking oil in a skillet then heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then brown them on both sides, remove them (you could skip this I like to brown my chicken it seems to give it a better flavor).
Step 3
Place the browned chicken breasts in the sauce, cover and cook on low for 4 hours OR high for 2 hours, turning chicken half way.
Step 4
Remove cooked chicken from crockpot and set aside.
Step 5
Stir water and cornstarch together and add to sauce in crockpot.
Step 6
Let cook on high for additional 10 minutes to thicken.
Step 7
Cut chicken into strips or chunks and return to sauce in crockpot.
Step 8
Serve chicken and sauce over rice. Top with sesame seeds on top.
