"I used to make this for the kids, when we went on picnic, as it just as nice hot or cold. I sometimes have used bacon, chicken or ham instead of the tuna. Really anything you have on hand can be used or substituted. But whatever you use this recipe is so easy."

We enjoyed this and a great way to use up parsley in a dish and not just as a garnish. I used the tuna option (2 small cans of tuna, drained). I think next time I may add some veggies (even frozen peas or mixed veggies). served with a tossed salad. Thanks for sharing!

I really enjoyed this dish. It reminds me a bit of the Salmon Loaf my mom made when I was a child, but this one has cheese and is eggy. It's very light and mild, so some people will want more spice. But I thought it was great. Also good leftover (cold)!

We loved this pie! I'm always a little afraid to add raw onions to any dish, but it was PERFECT. We had it hot with a side of potatoes and the next day cold with a side of salads. Loved it both ways.

This is quick and easy for lunch or a light supper. We found it a bit bland, with just parsley and black pepper for seasoning, so will add some other herbs or spices next time. I did the tuna version. A good basic recipe that lends itself to additions, I think. Will try it with salmon next time.
