Step by Step Method

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots and parsnips. Sprinkle with coarse kosher salt..

We thoroughly enjoyed this dish today for Thanksgiving. Loved the honey glaze and the fresh thyme and nutmeg.Such simple ingredients and perfect as a Thanksgiving side. : )

The seasoning is perfect and the glaze is dead on. So many times a glazed veggie recipe just isn't glazed but this one is. Not too sweet either. We loved it. Thanks for sharing!
