Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles and place on a greased, round pizza pan with points toward the center. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan to form a crust; seal seams. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown; set aside.
Step 2
In a skillet cook the sausage meat, about 12 minutes; drain fat. Remove to a bowl.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Step 4
In the same skillet that you cooked the sausage meat, heat about 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir until almost set but not cooked completely; remove the eggs to a plate so they do not keep cooking.
Step 5
In a saucepan, prepare gravy mix according to package directions. Stir in cooked sausage.
Step 6
Spread sausage/gravy mixture over the crust. Top with eggs then both cheeses.
Step 7
Bake 5-10 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
