"This is so easy; and definitely doesn't take any time to prepare. It is the perfect compliment / condiment to serve with - seafood, chicken, pork, or steak. However, seared scallops, shrimp or grilled fish are my favorite."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dressing ... Add everything, except the salt and pepper to a small tupperware container and shake; or, do the conventional way - in a bowl or measuring cup and mix until well combined. Taste, and season with salt and pepper; shake again. It's done; let it rest 15-30 minutes before serving.
Step 2
Serve and ENJOY! ... Drizzle the vinaigrette over grilled shrimp, scallops, swordfish, salmon, grouper, or cod; chicken, pork or beef. It is a simple condiment - which is very simple to prepare. Absolutely delicious!
