"A nice mix of Greek flavors. For the burger ... I use lamb. Now, if you are not a fan, I recommend a mix of turkey or chicken with beef. It's lighter, but always gives it a nice flavor. But, I highly recommend lamb; and to give it a try - it is really delicious. Also, the yogurt artichoke sauce is just perfect for this, and really light. It is really best if you can make the sauce and the burgers ahead of time, so the can absorb and 'mary' all the flavors. Prep time does not include time for the sauce or burgers to marinate in the refrigerator."

Try topping a chicken breast and baking it too - it will NOT go to waste if there is any leftover.
