"I honestly don't know what to call this. It is basically an All Purpose Spicy Seasoning blend, but it has a bit of a kick to it. I love it used on steak, chops, chicken and ribs as a rub; but just as good dusted lightly on any grilled or sauteed foods. This makes 2 jars of seasoning and they will last a long time in the pantry. This evolved out of several different recipes."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add the basil, parsley, oregano and thyme to a small food processor or coffee grinder, pulse a few times to grind. Add to all the other seasonings, mix well, and add to jars. Don't forget to label them. They last a few months in the spice cabinet. ENJOY!
