This was a fantastic side dish to ham. It was easy to fix, a short ingredient list, and was something I will make again as a weeknight dinner for the family.

This was so good with Forevermama's Chicken Saltimbocca. Perfect side, especially with chicken. I will make this to have with our Thanksgiving spread!

Oh my, this rice is sensational. Truly 10 stars. I used leaf sage and melted the butter in the microwave. The rice cooked in 17 minutes. Served with prawns and broccoli.

For simple ingredients, this is delicious! Used dried sage from my garden and Grana Padano. Will see repeats here for sure. Thanks Mike for another keeper. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Thank you Mikekey for sharing such a swell tasting rice. I never used sage in rice before but will use it from now on.
