Lee I am not sure how you came to put these ingredients together but they sure work. Absolutely delicious! I had to seprate the steak to two pieces to get it into the zip lock but flipped the bag everytime I opened the fridge and marinated it for 6 hours. I only did 1 steak but did the whole marinade. When I poured off the marinade I saved the Jalapeno slices and placed them raw on top of the steak - hot but so good. I pan fried as I rarely BBQ. This recipe goes to the top of my favorite Ham steak recipes.
