Burgers (Rink Burgers Great For Backyard Gatherings, Picnics & Sports Events)
"There's nothing quite like a Rink Burger unless it's a sauced Rink Burger. Curled many a game, served many a hamburger, made many a homemade pie, all of which helped keep our rink operating. Now am quite content to be a spectator but remains still making those Rink Burgers! The burger family and friends love and enjoy not only during Curling season but all year around. Great served with marinated onions. We like adding tomatoes, cheese, pickles and yes a sesame seed bun! NOTE: hamburger patties not included in Nutritional Facts."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pan fry or grill the hamburger patties, drain on paper towel
Step 2
Place prepared patties in a casserole dish or a roaster.
Step 3
Prepare Sauce (I usually double the recipe to have extra sauce on hand)
Step 4
In a medium pot add the sauce ingredients and blend smooth with a whisk
Step 5
Cook gently over medium heat stirring until heated through, then pour over the prepared patties.
Step 6
At this point you may cover and refrigerate until ready to reheat later
Step 7
When preparing this at mealtime, place in a 300 degree oven for 25 minutes or until nicely heated through.
Step 8
Great served with marinated onions, sliced tomatoes, pickles and all the extras that make for a loaded burger.
