Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in butter.
Step 2
Add broth and baking soda.
Step 3
Combine cornstarch and water, add to pan. bring to boil for 2 minutes, stir occasionally.
Step 4
Reduce heat add sauerkraut, cream and corned beef simmer and stir for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add cheese, let melt.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper garnish with croutons.
