Step by Step Method

Step 1

Red clover flowers. Shake them to rid them of any insects or debris.

Step 2

Place the red clover flowers into a saucepan and pour in the water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, with the saucepan lid on, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add the honey, and stir until dissolved.

Step 3

Leave to cool, and then strain through a fine sieve
