Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until mixed.

Step 2

Pour over chicken in a zipper-type plastic bag and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Remove chicken and discard marinade. Cook chicken your favorite way.

I used chicken breasts for this marinade and kept them in the fridge for about 6 hours. Discarded the marinade and put the chicken on the grill to cook. Had some Smuckers Natural fruit spread so hubby basted the chicken while cooking. When finished cooking we had very moist and tender chicken with a nice raspberry flavor.
