1/2 cup green onion, sliced thin
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 slices bacon, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Step 1 |
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. |
Step 2 |
Add bacon and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp. |
Step 3 |
Add soup, sour cream and pepper and stir until creamy. |
Step 4 |
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
