I accidentally bought the flaky biscuits which I didn't harm this recipe at all. We had it as a lunch rather than a snack and everyone was very pleased with the results. I think next time I may put a dollop of sauce inside with the mozzarella too..... Read more

  • 1 (7 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 to 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

  How to Make
 
 

Step 1

Make an indentation in the center of each biscuit.

Step 2

Sprinkle with oregano

Step 3

Cut the mozzarella into 10 cubes.

Step 4

Place a cube in the center of each biscuit.

Step 5

Pinch dough tightly around cheese to seal.

Step 6

Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet.

Step 7

Spread pizza sauce over tops.

Step 8

Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

I accidentally bought the flaky biscuits which I didn't harm this recipe at all. We had it as a lunch rather than a snack and everyone was very pleased with the results. I think next time I may put a dollop of sauce inside with the mozzarella too. Yummy! Made for Billboard tag.
