Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Line a rimmed cookie sheet with foil and drizzle with oil.
Step 3
Lay the prosciutto slices over a work surface and lay the provolone halves over these slices.
Step 4
Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
Step 5
Place the asparagus spears over the edge of the prosciutto and cheese and roll like a cigar, wrapping the asparagus with the prosciutto.
Step 6
Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake foe 5 minutes and give the baking sheet a good shake to make sure they are not sticking to the pan.
Step 8
Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
Step 10
Enjoy.
