"A greek recipe I absolutely love. Serve it with your favourite Taztziki Sauce. You can also add a couple of garlic cloves to the marinade if you you are a garlic lover."

The meat is tender and delicious and had such great flavor. We enjoyed this along with Twice Baked Potatoes cooked on the grill too. What a great meal! Thank you for sharing this with us Bea! Linda

WOW! I marinated the pork tenderloin cubes for exactly 3 hours and grilled them in a wind advisory. I couldn't light the grill, so DH did that which I thought was amazing! The pork was tender, succulent and the flavor was to die for! I served it with a Taztziki Sauce recipe that I found on another site. I served them in a pita. Definitely a keeper. I'm going to have to make them again real soon to use up the sauce. Made for Billboard tag. :D

Great Pork Souvlaki! The marinade makes this a real winner. Loved every bite - so much so I picked up another tenderloin for the big game day tomorrow.
