Step by Step Method
Step 1
Gently mix together the pork, cumin, oregano, seasoned salt, chili powder.
Step 2
Form into 4 patties 1/2 inch thick.
Step 3
Season with salt & pepper.
Step 4
Fry patties on a lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat. Flip after apprx 6 minutes.
Step 5
Add a slice of cheese to each pattie about 2 minutes before finished cooking.
Step 6
Cover pan with a lid.
Step 7
Place a pattie on each toasted bun,add salsa, onion slice & lettuce.
