Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peel and grate potatoes.
Step 2
Bring beef broth to a boil. Add grated potatoes and finely chopped sorrel. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Add the flour to the milk. Pour into the soup.

Add butter then beaten eggs in a stream.
