Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute veggies in oil, add rest of ingredients. Simmer sauce 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Divide eggs in half, mash everything but whites. Stuff into eggs.

I've made this three times since I tagged it for the Billboard game, I wasn't sure what 1/8 cup is for the shrimp was so I used around 1/4 cup and I only used the shrimp in with the eggs not the sauce, Thank you dieniab!
