"I like Deviled Eggs and I like Pimento Cheese, and thought " Why not combine the two ? "This recipe only makes enough for 2, so if you need more, adjust everything accordingly. Now with the amounts of the ingredients they are just " guesstimates ". So if you want to add more salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika that's strictly up to you." Cook time " is chill time.Submitted to ZAZZ on July 24th.,2012"

Very nice stuffed egg variation! I used both the paprika and green onion for garnishes. DH liked his best dipped in mustard, but I kept to the recipe for mine. Thanks for sharing! Culinary Quest '14

I love deviled eggs, and I remember my mom making pimento cheese when I was growing up. My sister just loved it. She always ate it with a huge amount of mayo on her sandwich. LOL. We enjoyed these deviled eggs with the cheese twist! Thanks for sharing. Made for Culinary Quest Summer 2014.

Muffin Goddess

The pimento cheese spread was perfect in this! My grandmother used to buy those little jars of Kraft Pimento Spread all the time, and I haven't eaten it since I was young, so this was a nice "memory bite", too. I omitted the sugar, since there was already a bit of sweetness from the pimento cheese spread. I don't care for sweet pickle relish in deviled eggs either, so I'm not sure I would've liked this with the extra sweetness. I had used up my green onions already, so I just used the paprika sprinkle. Thanks for posting! Made for Culinary Quest I Southern US.

What a nice treat. We love deviled eggs at my house and these sounded like a nice switch from the standard deviled egg recipe. I doubled the recipe for 2 of us and they were gone within a couple of minutes. lol. Loved it when I got a little 'bite' of the pimiento cheese so I would recommend not to mix them too well. Thanks for sharing Chef shapeweaver. Made for For Your Consideration Tag.
