Step by Step Method
Step 1
To make the pancakes whisk together all the ingredients for pancakes (milk - flour) until combined. Pour by the 1/4 cupful onto a hot greased griddle, turning after 2 minutes. When both sides are golden brown remove from griddle and place on plate. Repeat for rest of batter.
Step 2
To assemble: place a sausage on bottom third of pancake. Pour a teaspoon of syrup on top and wrap from the bottom up as you would wrap a burrito. Hold warm until served.
