Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
Step 2
Heat to boiling in microwave. Remove carefully.
Step 3
Arrange chicken pieces in a microwave-safe 9"x13" casserole, placing meatier parts toward outside edge.
Step 4
Pour hot marinade over chicken.
Step 5
Cover and cook on high for 8 minutes.
Step 6
Turn chicken, cover, and cook on high for 8 minutes.
Step 7
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Step 8
This may be served hot or cold.
