"I originally found this recipe in the 2012 Taste Of Home's Quick Cooking Annual recipes. it was sent in to them by Sarah Gilbert of Beaverton, Oregon. Her recipe had mushrooms added, but since I don't care for them they were left out. I will include them and leave it up to you to decide if you want to add them. And since I'm a bacon addict,a few more slices of bacon were added. If the finished dish seems a little too thick, just add a bit more milk. The recipe says serves 2,I guess it would if that's all you were serving, but I was able to get 4 side dish servings.Submitted to " ZAZZ "on September 8th.,2012"
