I scaled back to make enough for a recipe I wanted to make and I will certainly be making this a go to recipe especially after checking out the commercial ones available to find the first ingredient on all of them was sugar (not good for aa diabetic). I used a crunchy peanut butter but next time I'll make sure I have some unsalted peanuts on hand and blend then till I form a paste and use that as my bases for the peanut butter (have a tendency to go through more raw nuts than the jar of peanut butter but it is DH's favourite). Thank you VegGirl for a great go to recipe for Peanut Sauce.
