"From *Cooking With Honey* by Hazel Berto, this recipe works as a tasty dessert drink or after school special treat for the kids. I modified the original recipe from whole milk to skim & ice cream to frozen yogurt, so feel free to revert to the original if you have a DH w/more willpower than my Siggi. - Disclaimer: The pic I've posted was "loaned" to me by Susan, my best friend in Dallas who first made this recipe for us. I finally gave up trying to match her photo skills. Enjoy!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine peaches w/honey & 1/2 pint milk. Beat or blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add rest of the milk, almond extract & half of the frozen yoghurt. Beat or blend until smooth again.
Step 3
Pour into well-chilled tall glasses, top w/remaining frozen yoghurt & serve immediately.
NOTE: We would always choose to use fresh peaches for this, but they can't always be in season & I suspect this would still be good using canned peaches when fresh are not an option
Tips
- Standard blender, Portable electric mixer or Immersion blender
