"This is a very simple chutney. It is lovely with chicken, pork, as an addition to an Indian meal or an appetizer tray. The flavours mature if left to sit in fridge for a few days. "
Strain the peaches from the juice into a medium saucepan.
If using sliced peaches, take each one and slice down the length and then dice.
Add the peaches to the juice and add all remaining ingredients.
Simmer over medium low heat for at least 30 minutes.
