"This is enough to coat about 3 pounds of fish fillets. Then end result is a tasty, light, crispy coated fish. This dredge can be made ahead f time, but must be kept refrigerated until ready to use. This also works great on chicken tenders. This can easily be made gluten free by using your favourite gluten free all-purpose flour blend."
