Parmesan, Cajun Oven Baked Asparagus
" I wanted something a bit different from my usual asparagus recipes and threw this together we loved it and I hope you will too. If you like your asparagus well cooked leave it in longer than the ten minutes. I just use a spray of olive oil and I am generous with the two tablespoons of parmesan."

- 12 asparagus spears, washed, ends snapped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon cajun spice
- Salt to taste
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 425f
Step 2
Place the prepared asparagus on an oven proof pan and coat them with the olive oil, if you are using salt sprinkle it on
Step 3
Just before popping into the oven sprinkle on the parmesan mixed with the cajun spice over the asparagus
Step 4
Bake in 425f oven for 10 minutes, longer if you like well done. Serve and enjoy (I hope)
