" The mayo keeps this fish lovely and moist. I like the parmesan as an added flavour. We really enjoy this recipe. The recipe was oringinally from Icelandic Artic Char recipes with some changes by me"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the char in a lightly oiled baking dish, skin side down

Step 2

Mix together the mayo, parmesan, chives and worchestershire sauce

Step 3

Spread the mayo mixture on the fillets

Step 4

Bake in 425 oven for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
