"This is so simple, and only requires 2 ingredients. It's almost like "Buffalo Style" chops. I use this recipe quite often...Quick, easy, satisfying! Use only the "liquid" type vinegar/pepper based BBQ sauce. Thick sweet sauces will not work without modification. Feel free to experiment with your favorite sauce."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pre-heat non-stick pan over medium high heat.
Step 2
Place chops in pan.
Step 3
Sear 4 mins per side.
Step 4
Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup barbeque sauce over chops.
Step 5
Cook chops in sauce until you have a total reduction of the sauce-approx. 2-3 mins per side. All sauce should be on the chops.
Step 6
Serve.

Note: If increasing number of chops, you likely will not need more sauce. I use Scott's hot BBQ sauce, but I suspect it's a local thing. Add more heat if you desire.
