Pan Fried Sea Scallops
" Sea scallops cost an arm and a leg but they are so good. This is a very simple recipe but I love the garlic, parsley and lemon flavors. Lovely served with your favorite pasta"

- 6 large sea scallops
- 2 tablespoons of butter (more if you dare)
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut in quarters to squeeze
- 5 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Melt the butter over medium-high heat, add garlic for 1 minute, add scallops, turning them over so they brown lightly on all sides - only cook for about 4-5 minutes. If they are browning too fast lower heat
Step 2
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika, squeeze on the lemon and serve
