Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a food processor, pulse almonds until chopped finely.

Add to a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Repeat with the chocolate.
Step 4
Puree dates in food processor until smooth, forming a ball like structure.
Step 5
Combine processed dates with nut and chocolate mixture.
Step 6
Add pumpkin seeds whole.
Step 7
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 8
Spread mixture over baking sheet evenly, pressing firmly into the pan.
Step 9
Cut into bars and wrap each bar with cellophane film.
