Paleo Friendly Flat Bread (Gluten Free/Dairy Free)

"Adapted from Paleofooddotcom. Good when you're on a grain free diet. Servings are based on how you cut it."

  Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (or less)
  • 5 large eggs (whipped)
  • 235 grams nuts (2 cups nut meal, almonds, pecan or walnut etc)
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Herbs of choice (optional)

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and pour onto a parchment paper lined jelly roll pan. Spread out.

Step 2

Bake at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into desired size.
