Such a quick easy recipe which I scaled back for 1 serve and used a mix of carrot, peas and corn which I put in a microwave safe jug, poured boiling water over the vegetables and gave it 2 minutes in the microwave on full power to cook, drained returned to jug and put in oyster sauce and butter and had a very enjoyable quick and easy side dish, thank you Chocolatll for posting a great recipe.
