Oven Roasted Spicy Mustard Potatoes

Really a special recipe. The potaoes come out crispy outside and soft inside. Wonderful flavour Do again for sure.
- 4 pounds russet potatoes (washed and cut into about 1 1/2 inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard (Heinz NEW Yellow Mustard)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika (smoked paprika)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (or more)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- Ground black pepper (any amount)
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Preheat your oven to 425º.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard with olive oil, then mix in the next six dry spices.
Add in the cubed potatoes, using your hands, mix to coat all the potatoes really well.
Place on one or two baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray, keeping the potatoes in a single layer.
Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the potatoes over.
Place back in the oven another 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are really crispy and brown.
