Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300F.

Step 2

Sprinkle ribs with seasoning on both sides and rub in- place the ribs meat side down in a roasting pan and cover tightly with foil ( use more than one piece).

Step 3

Bake for 3 hours.

Step 4

Remove from the oven- pour the sauce over and bake, uncovered, for an additional 20 minutes.

Step 5

Broil for 5 minutes ( or more) at the end.
