Oriental Chicken Salad

- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 packet artificial sweetener
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 5 ounces cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 medium carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 5 green onions with tops, sliced (I only use 2)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Shake the first 6 ingredients together in a covered jar.
Step 2
Toss together the lettuce, chicken, carrot, green onions and the ginger dressing.
Step 3
Place mixture on plate and top with oranges; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
