Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream shortening and sugar.
Step 2
Stir well beaten egg yolks into this mixture.

Sift salt, flour, and baking powder and add to above.

Add milk, orange juice and rind.

Then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Step 6
Pour into greased muffin tin.
Step 7
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 14 minutes.
