"This is based on a recipe I got from Allrecipes, but some of the ingredients were missing, the time was way off, and I felt it needed tweaking. So this becomes one of "mine", and we like it a lot. It's especially good for a summer dinner. You can serve it over rice, but I didn't bother."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet or wok; add celery and stir-fry 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add asparagus and onion to pan; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon orange-lemon pepper seasoning and stir-fry 5 minutes. Remove vegetables from pan and keep warm.
Step 3
Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to pan; add chicken, orange zest and garlic and stir-fry until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Combine water, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
Step 5
Return vegetable mixture to pan; add sauce and stir-fry 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add red pepper to pan and stir-fry 5 minutes.
