Categories: Southern, No Eggs,

"This recipe was created on March 17th.,2014 for mine and my SO's " St. Patty's Day " Dinner.Smoked Sausage was used, but I'm sure the same amount Corned Beef would be even better. The only seasonings I used were Salt & Pepper, but feel free to add any other spices or seasonings you like.If you don't have Bacon "drippings" to start off the recipe, use a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. After the bacon starts to cook you should have enough "drippings" to finish off the recipe. I'm sure this could be cooked in a crockpot, just cook your meat and onions first. I think 6 hours on low would be a perfect time. And if you like, serve with your favorite crusty bread. Submitted to " ZAZZ " on March 19th.,2014. " Keep Smiling :)"
