"This is an heirloom recipe from my friend Mary's Dad and was originally written using fresh pumpkin. Over the years, I've modified it. You can use all Libby's canned pumpkin without altering the taste. I bake one sweet potato, mash and then add canned pumpkin to equal 3 cups, making the texture more like fresh. "
