Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour 13x19x2 baking pan

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.

Pour into prepared baking pan

Bake 35 - 40 min, or until toothpick. inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 6
Combine all topping ingredients and spread over cake
Step 7
Set oven on broil or 550 and place cake bake in the oven, 3 inches from heat, for 2-3 min or until topping is golden brown
