Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Prepare an 8-in. square baking then coat with cooking spray

In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Combine the eggs, milk and butter; add to the dry ingredients. Stir in the apple, peaches and blueberries. Pour into an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Step 5
Cut into squares.
Step 6
Drizzle the slices with vanilla glaze if desired.
